A report is not a tow

Submitting a report does not cause a vehicle to be towed. The towing operator under contract at the property decides whether to respond and confirms the violation on arrival. Misparked has no authority over any vehicle.

Report honestly

Submit reports only for vehicles you have actually observed, at properties where you are present. Reports from a number are weighed by their outcomes, and a number may be excluded from automatic routing.

Nobody is paid per report

Residents are not paid for filing reports, and Misparked is not paid per tow. What Misparked charges an operator is set out on the pricing page.

Text messages

Misparked texts a number only after it was given on one of the screens shown on how people opt in to texts: to confirm the number, when a report you asked to hear about closes, when a towing company has a question about your open report, and, for towing companies, each new job. How often depends on how many reports you file. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, or email support@misparked.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No warranty

Misparked is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any report reaches an operator, that an operator responds, or that any particular outcome follows.
