What we collect

When you submit a report: the photograph you take, the license plate you enter, the category you pick, any notes, your device's location if you allow it, and the mobile number you provide. The time is taken from our server, not from your device.

Who sees it

The towing operator under contract at that property receives the photo, the plate, the vehicle description, the location and the time. They do not receive your phone number or your name. The property's managers can see reports for their own property.

We may be required to disclose records in response to a lawful subpoena or court order.

What we do not do

We do not look up the registered owner of a license plate. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not pay anyone for submitting reports.

How long it is kept

Reports and their photographs are kept as the record of a tow and its authorization.

Text messages

Your mobile number is used to confirm it is yours, and, only if you tick the box for it, to tell you when a report closes or that the towing company has a question. Towing companies that switch texts on receive their jobs by text. Every screen that asks for a number, and every kind of message, is on how people opt in to texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.

Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts, and the record of it, is not shared with anyone. The only companies that handle your number do so to deliver the messages.
