Four things this does not ask of a board.
No permit database to maintain
Misparked does not need one to work. Reports go to your operator with what was seen, and they check it on arrival. (If you want permits held here later, that is a direction we are open to, and it is not part of getting started.)
No board member on call
Reports go to the towing company you already contract with. Nobody on the board decides whether a car gets towed, because that was never the board's call.
No reprinting your sign
The tow-away sign stays exactly as it is. Misparked is a small plate bolted to the same post under it, carrying the QR code and the number to text. No new post, no reprint.
No neighbor's name in anybody's hands
Misparked holds the reporter's number so reports can be traced and weighed, and never discloses it, to the towing company or to the vehicle owner.
For the people already doing this
A board member gets a link, not a login.
The president, a board member, the manager, security: anyone the property vouches for holds their own link and files directly, and their reports carry the weight of somebody the property knows. One link per person, so a board seat changing hands revokes one person. No password, because a password is the step where a volunteer stops bothering.
